Returns

You have the right to return your purchase within **14 days of receiving your order**, without giving any reason.

To request a return, simply send us an email at **kontakt@im-narzedzia.pl** with your **order number** and a short statement that you wish to return the order.

The returned products must be sent back within **14 days from the date you notified us of your decision to withdraw from the purchase**.

**The cost of returning the products is paid by the customer.**

We will process the refund **after the returned products have been physically received by us**. The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the original order.

The refunded amount covers the price paid for the returned products. **The cost of return shipping is not refunded.**

The returned products should only be handled to the extent necessary to check their nature, characteristics and functionality. You may be responsible for any reduction in the value of the products resulting from handling beyond this.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to personalised or custom-made products.
